We require a minimum of 4 clear reference photos: front-facing, left profile, right profile, and full body. Additional photos help us capture your best angles and expressions. All photos should be high resolution (minimum 2MP) with good lighting.

Yes! Each package includes revision rounds: 2 for Digital Only, 3 for Digital + Print, and unlimited for the Complete Collection. Revisions cover adjustments to likeness, colors, and composition. Major changes to the concept may incur additional fees.

Your privacy is our priority. All reference photos are used solely for creating your portrait and are permanently deleted after project completion. We never share, sell, or publish your images without explicit written permission. All file transfers use encrypted connections.

We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before final delivery. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Invoices are provided for all transactions.

Absolutely! Additional subjects can be included for €350 per subject. This covers the extra work required to capture each individual's likeness and integrate them harmoniously into the composition.

We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction. If after all included revisions you're still not satisfied, we offer a partial refund policy: 50% refund if cancelled before final delivery, or a complete restart with a new artist at no additional cost.

Yes, we ship worldwide. All prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and included in your quote. Express shipping options are available.

Digital files are delivered in TIFF format at 8K resolution (7680×4320 pixels), suitable for large format printing. We also provide a web-optimized JPG version for digital sharing. Files are delivered via secure download link.

Yes, the digital file includes a personal use license that allows you to make prints for personal use. However, for museum-quality results, we recommend our professional printing service which uses archival materials and expert color calibration.
